"This is an India based company that has a very poor culture. The company is matrixed to the point where you have 5 different managers who all ask the same questions. Additionally, I had members on my team who did not receive a promotion or pay increase for over 5 years. Once the contract that I worked on was ended. I received no help from the resource managers in getting another placement. I was able to get one temporarily from one of my old managers, however, that did not last long. With no help from resource managers, finding a position while on the bench was impossible. Their policy is to lay off the worker after two weeks of being on the bench. I would not recommend this company due to the fact that they don't promote, don't give annual compensation packages, and don't offer their consultants any help in getting their next assignment."

After working for a year across 2 very different assignments and locations, same industry sector, I've found it's model to be geared more towards advanced education graduates and less towards experienced hires. Due to culture, size, global presence, steep management hierarchy and average age and generation of workforce both leadership and HR appear to be struggling to safely manage workplace morals, values and ethics within the boundaries of US state and national data privacy, FCRA, HIPAA, GINA Act and EEOC labor laws."
