"I have worked for Wipro more than 2 years. My work life balance conditions varied based on the assignment. Some were purely sweatshops. I would recommend it to beginners to get some cross skills and brand names on resume but not to those looking for a serious career to improve applied science or management skills. Managers in all capacities act as salesman without the title and driven by offshore masterminds. Internal H1B1 VISA politics often spills into work and generally hits hard worker."
