"The constant reliance on outside consultants to come in and tell you what you are doing wrong. The same consultants telling upper level execs to outsource."

"Trust and loyalty is a 2 way street. If you are asking this of your associates and getting the proper response, then you, in kind, must be loyal to them."

"Cafeteria is nice. Security is pretty tight. Grounds are lovely."

"Your success depends a great deal on which department and manager you have. Be sure to ask about the management style of your manager as well as what your career path would be."

"Tolerance for unprofessionalism is high. The neighborhood is shady. Intelligence is not a prerequisite for success. HR policies are not always followed or enforced."

"Set more focus on morale. Many people go to other grocery stores because their employees are happy and that makes for a pleasant shopping trip for their customers; customers who could be ours."
