"I’m currently working for WindWard Building Group, I am forced to skip steps, the PM is a lady at the office who never steps foot on any job sites. I do order most materials block, lumber etc.but will be told to get bids and wait for the owner to look over which slows down the job then he will wonder why the material is not there the next day."
