"There really wasn't anything that I didn't like other than there weren't many opportunities for growth within."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"As sales reps, we are out on the road every day listening to the needs of both the customer but the end users. At times, it would be beneficial to listen to these needs and customize programs and/or products to service those needs in order to capitalize on additional sales."
