"Typical interview -- tell me about a time when or how do you handle difficult customers, etc. Interview for seasonal workers was a group interview."
What don't you like about working at Williams-Sonoma?
"Management is very cliquish and not well organized. They actually lost my resume and application which had all my personal information on it -- an HR nightmare. Poor training provided due to poor planning on managements behalf."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"When providing training to your seasonal employees break everyone up into smaller groups. It might take a little more time, but ultimately it will pay off in the long run."
