"The most unsophisticated company I have ever worked for. Day 1 they threaten to fire you for a system that is not a requirement for the job. There is zero interaction with others in training and the trainer while ridiculing people for not understanding, does not allow them access to the microphone to respond. I was not one that struggled but to hear the sheer rudeness was hard to take. This is the absolute worst work at home experience, please beware."

"Williams sonoma has created a people first culture and stick to it. Management does an amazing job listening to their associates and taking constructed criticism from those completing the work in the warehouses to improve the quality of the everyday work environment."

"I have worked for Williams Sonoma for 1.5 years almost, and since the beginning, it has been nothing but challenges, poor management, low pay, and no room for growth. Great employee discount."

"I HAVE WORKED AT WILLIAMS SONOMA FOR OVER A YEAR NOW. IT IS HARD TO TELL IF SOMETHING IS MISSING BECAUSE THIS IS MY FIRST OFFICE JOB. THE PEOPLE IN MY DEPARTMENT ARE AMAZING, FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL. MANAGEMENT IS THE BEST HANDS DOWN THAT I HAD THE PRIVILEGE TO ENCOUNTER IN MY YEARS."

"I took a WFH job with Williams Sonoma during COVID-19. I would not recommend this employer to anyone. The training was 3 weeks long which sounds like it should’ve been sufficient, but there’s SO much information to absorb and none of the training is hands-on practice so you really start off unprepared for the job. Then once you ‘go live’, the more experienced leads don’t offer sufficient support when you run into questions. I had a 20 year career building airplanes prior to this and had WAY less stress in that job than I have in the 5 weeks I’ve worked for WSI. I will not likely stay with the company. They also require a 50 hour work week when they need it from you, even though you’re hired for a normal, full time 40 hr/wk job. There’s no option not to work the overtime even if your life obligations can’t accommodate the OT work. Not impressed."

"I've worked with this company for a short while and it seems to be ok. The customer services are not what I expected with being such a big company but everything can't be perfect."
