"Poor Tips, Controlling Management, and Awful Customers Made Things Difficult - There were three core reasons I was unhappy with my job. The tips were quite poor and rare. The management was a control freak. They wanted to control everything all the time and we're arrogant enough to trust the employees. It was awful. Additionally, the customers were often rude and disrespectful, and I had no choice but to tolerate them."
