What do you like about working at Whiteriver Construction?

"I was teamed with a project manager whom I developed a personal relationship with because he is a fare and honest person that attempts to do the right thing and mutal respect came easy"

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"The same tip for any interview you want to make sure to be professional in presenting yourself as you are being judged on your personal presentation as much as the experience on your resume. I would not call it a relaxed atmosphere."

What don't you like about working at Whiteriver Construction?

"The CEO is completly disconected from were the Tires meet the pavement if you will And bases decisions on policy and procedure as opposed to realizing that in the field the situations are fluid and that integrity and honesty should be the primary focus of selecting team members and leaders and should release prejudices held in regards age, race or religion . Just my humble personal opinion."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Invest in the presentation of the office. As a Construction Company substandard materials and workmanship makes an extremely bad first impression Be more aware of conditions in the field; insure that all the resources are given to site superintendents to obtain the materials and labor needed to complete there projects, often the superintendent has little to know communication with the office as in the case of some of the past site superintendents, they feel as though they are on an island that there is no recognition for success or failure making it easy to become complacent since no one really seems to notice. Just sayin ;)"
