"I've worked for the White House for 1 year and enjoyed my time managing an amazing team of salespeople."
"I’ve worked for the Company for almost 6 years. I did grow with the within the brand and have loved my stores and team. There many amazing people I’ve worked with or currently work with. The technology is lacking in the pos system and expectations are very high without support from upper management. It depends on your leader though."
"I have worked for White House Black Market for three years now. At first I loved working there, but after a while I noticed that I had to do a lot of things but I felt like I wasn't being fairly compensated for it. Because I am not being paid enough, I don't put as much effort into working like I used to, and don't enjoy it as much anymore. The associate discount is also not enough of a discount if they want us to wear their clothes."
"The company has a good concept, but there's a lot they can improve, the store on Fifth Ave. It's managed by a lost team. A little focus on your employees and appreciate what they have to offer will drive the sales up."
"Horrible!"
