"I worked for Weyerhaeuser for 32 years and during that time I had many opportunities for growth and development. I was only sorry that I had to leave due to the economic conditions. Also, I think that it really began going down hill when they purchased Willamette. Never was the same since."

"The lack of upfront and honest feedback to help with growth and development. This would be for both associates and managers. Weyerhaeuser has always had a difficult time in this area."

"Communicate as soon as you can about state of the company. And, be as honest and forthright as you can."

"nothing you can do when you have to answer to shareholders therefore you never know when a branch is going to close"
