"Bottom up management made it where the owner was out of touch with a lot of the things going on in the stores and by V.P.'s in the company"

"Sr. Mngt. get more in touch with the stores personally. Mid-level eliminate some of the micro-managing. Store management run your stores like a machine and fight harder for the support from corporate to get what you need to drive business."
