"Good company for part-time employment, with no real room for growth. Good team atmosphere with nice coworkers who are willing to help."
"Western Hills Country Club is a beautiful and challenging golf course. I really enjoy the company and the culture that they have there. The main thing holding the course back is the lack of resources and willingness in re-investing back into the facilities. The course is held back from its true potential by having mediocre facilities that is held/patched together with band-aids and duct-tape. It is an absolute great company but can be so much more and become a better experience for both their clientele and employees if they were to fully re-invest back into the club."
