  "I enjoyed the balance I had with home office and travel. The communication at times was challenging. Some upper management tactics were difficult to swallow and use as motivation, but it was the team I was apart of that kept a tight foundation that always led use through. I was able to step outside of the lines and lead my region along with my sales counterpart on major changes and strategy business plans. I enjoyed being apart of a fast moving brand that was getting results."
