"I've worked for West Bay Residential for the past two years and it's been great. Before West Bay I worked for a couple other agencies in the same field and West Bay has been by far the best. West Bay has provided me with valuable trainings in management and even some parts of human resources. I've worked closely with my management and they have been open to showing me as much as they can. Compensation in this field is nowhere near good enough but it's not West Bay's fault, it's funding."
