What do you like about working at Wesley Spectrum Services?
"The stress level at this company is high. Supervisors are not supportive of their staff. They expect you to work non-stop, provides no training for staff, Director of Foster Care/Adoption does not provide training for new supervisors coming on board, the individual is set up to fail from he beginning."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"It would depend on the department; if the person is interviewing for a job in the Foster Care Department, I would tell the person to RUN THE OTHER WAY!!!!"
What don't you like about working at Wesley Spectrum Services?
"Wesley Spectrum Services does not care about their employees. You can file complaints and nothing is ever done; they do not listen or support staff...it is like we do not exist!!! They say they have a pay scale but everyone is paid different, especially in the foster care/adoption department. The Director of that department does unethical things and want staff to lie. Families who are going through the foster care training are not receiving the appropriate training they should and there are many foster parents who should not have been certified as foster parents, she places children in homes that does not have adequate space, etc. There is a lot of racism that goes on in tis company."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would restructure the department and listen and support my staff. I would not be on a POWER TRAIN!"
