"Almost everything. Very hide bound management structure, resisted change at all cost, inflexible and very political."

"None - it was a long time ago - I have no idea who runs the organization now."

"I got to work on improving the company and department. My ideas were taken seriously and we implemented a lot of changes. I worked hard and was given a lot of opportunities and experiences that I wouldn't have had at a bigger IT company."

"Be genuine and excited about working hard."

"The forced long hours and had no sympathy for family time and outside life. When you work there, they say that the company becomes your life and they expect you to act as such. Also, it is a place of HUGE office drama and politics."

"Realize that it is just a job and people can't give up their entire life for it. Cut down the finger pointing, office drama, and politics. Pay people what they are really worth."

"They were very flexible with my school hrs and when I needed to attend Dr. apts or apts. with my children. Easy going work place, no hassle. Great people I worked with. Able to learn more as I went."

"Need to be able to handle multiple task and constant phone calls and interruptions and still get the work done."

"The pay was not so good for all the work required. Very little room for growth."
