Weltman, Weinberg & Reis Employee

"I worked at Weltman, Weinberg & Reis for over 7 years. It was a terrible work environment. The firm does not appreciate any of the employees or the job they do. The facilities are horrible. The vast majority of the partners do no work and expect the associates and staff to do all their work, but they make sure to take the largest bonuses. The pay scale is insulting and the firm gives very little if any raises; usually only 2% ever couple of years."

"Overall a good company but some of the middle management has been there too long and is very inexperienced in current management styles. Many have little to no formal education."
