"I have worked for WF since September of 2019. I share the opinion that Wells Fargo is a good bank but it has been struggling lately with the regulatory penalties and requirements due to failure to comply with regulatory compliance. I started as a contractor and quickly got promoted as a permanent employee, however, I am looking for a role in a company where I can best fit. The company has been going through massive layoffs and I am trying to be proactive as there has been layoffs happening in my current business."
