"They micromanaged the customer service group very heavily and didn't support the reps as much as I would have liked to see."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"My direct manager was great and he was always there to help if needed. Upper management did micromanage too much, which hurt the culture of the position. Employee morale was very low, in general."
