"I like the combined efforts between me, the loan officer, and the settlement agent in making clients happy. I enjoy working with clients and building a relationship with them. It is a great feeling when I am able to put a client at ease about the loan process."

"I think that they should ask to be walked around and given an opportunity to meet their potential peers. They should ask questions and look around at the work area to determine if it's the right environment for them."

What don't you like about working at Wells Fargo?

"I feel they demand a lot of time and energy from their employees but do not necessarily give a lot."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I feel that my direct management does the best that they can, considering the current market and circumstances. With the recent merger between Wells Fargo and Wachovia, I feel the company is just experiencing growing pains, and it may take a couple of years for things to settle down."

"I disliked the compensation, and that there was no room for growth."

"Increase the salary."

"This is a temporary job. There is some room to advance but it is slim with the amount of candidates they have."

"This is a good job to help keep my head above the financial waters for now while I look for a job more suited to me. I like Wells Fargo because even though I am temporary, they understand what I am going through and normally try to schedule work around my job searches."

"This will be a temporary job. Work hard and you might be able to make it something more. The job is very monotonous but it takes an attentive touch to do."

"I do not like that the job is temporary. Every day seems to make me nervous no matter how good of a job I do."

"For the amount of people the managers have to manage right now, I think they are doing a great job."
