"I liked the vacation and culture prior to the Wachovia merger. It was great, everyone was very approachable, and you could literally talk to anyone about any concern you saw."

"Likely you will interview with several people if you are being looked at seriously. Make sure you understand who you are talking to and how your role will impact them when talking to them, and make sure to tell how you think you can make their life better."

What don't you like about working at Wells Fargo?

"I had no complaints other than using the education benefit. It was quite a task to get through all the approvals."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would suggest they work on that culture and getting it back to what it was before the merger."
