"I disliked other companies telling clients they could do a better job, when in fact in the end they did a worse job, but by then the client moved loans and paid a higher price."

"I liked that my support staff was not paid on incentive, which allowed for equal attention for all my clients, regardless of who they were or how much they did. I felt their organization to be more in tune with whom I had become in the finance industry, which is high integrity, high performing products, and also a very educated and supported management."

"Be honest, and be yourself. This company prides itself on integrity, and it changed my way of thinking and being in a bi-polar industry."
