"Keep trying and never give up no matter what you do. Make your goals and reach them. Practice for any position even if its not your field. You can only better yourself. Plus always smile it make you feel better about yourself and to give you confidence in anything you do."

"They didn't acknowledge there employees with complements, always focused on the negative more then the positive. Brought the moral of the employees down."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Give them a Complement every now and then and the performance of everyone will grow. even to keep a hard critique on some but keeping the positive flow of energy is always a plus."
