"Good luck if you are working in Desktop Services. The group has seen at least 1000% turn over in the past 5 years. It's poorly managed and does not offer room for growth."

What don't you like about working at Webster Bank?

"Again, my immediate boss was not an experienced manager. This showed in the group's lack of cohesiveness and created a chaotic environment."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Get a new Desktop Services Manager, and I wouldn't have left."

"My job is at Webster is very challenging - I have lots of opportunities to use new technologies, and my job keeps me very busy. In addition the company allows me, from time to time to work from home."

"The only tips that I can offer would be that the hiring managers are mostly interested in candidate's technical skills - especially when they are recruiting for our team. Our application is the main online banking application that has direct impact on company,s bottom line."

"There is nothing that I can mention as negative about my job."

"I think Webster Bank has a very good management team - and it is a well managed company."
