"The crash of the economy had to lay people off and cause chaos trough the end of my time at the company."

"Outsourcing everything has caused many jobs. I would recommend that management increases on new technology and migration works more efficiently than it did while I was there."

"Run if you aren't going to be a manager. If you have to report to the Vice President I'd avoid working there unless you're ready to be micromanaged to death."

"Management is really bad. Micromanaging makes an otherwise fun job really bad."
