"The management on the RCM site is terrible. The leadership is incompetent and does not know how to do their jobs. When issues are brought to your manager they take it personally and then retaliate against you. They sure do like to send out anonymous surveys and then awkwardly bring them up to employees- as if they are the ones that can make changes. WebPT does not care about its employees. Oh sure they say they value work-life balance, but WebPT doesn't actually care about paying you living wages. Senior Management WILL deny your request for a raise. This company gave people less than a dollar for raises after we waited 2 years due to covid. People need more than $18/hour. You can go make more at a sandwich place now. You're better off going somewhere where you'll be valued. WebPT and especially the RCM Payment side is not a good place to work. The manager is toxic. They care about shareholder profits."

"I've worked with WebPT since 2015 and watched it grow rapidly since then. WebPT has a fantastic culture and the people that work here are really hard workers. it's a great company with great bones and the benefits are great. Unlimited PTO and a casual work environment make it a wonderful place to work. The C-Level however is a constant struggle. They're poor communicators and are rarely planning ahead when it comes to company initiatives. Many items are last minute with poor thought processes. To add to this they have strong egos that make it difficult as subject matter experts to get our jobs done. As a result projects always look poorly done, and career pathing is never put in place. It's very hard to grow when your boss says that they know it all already."

"They need to expect a very rustic environment with little elbow room and self teaching with little or no mentoring from peers"
