"With new ownership, change is on the way so hang in there. The process is slow but it is on the way."

"I don't like that there is a lack of planning and enforcement of dead lines. New product development schedules often run behind so I have to price new items before they are fully developed and tested."

"Develope schedules and enforce the due dates. When a date is missed, someone should be responsible for raising the red flag."
