"The level of clients that we had were high-level (Comedy Central, NBC) and we are a blast to work on their campaigns."

"I would tell them that Wiredset is a great place to learn the craft of digital marketing from managers with good experience."

"There was a very competitive/cut throat environment amongst the co-workers."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would offer that the micro-management on larger projects stifles the development of the talent and undermines their confidence."

"Do not take any position there that is offered to you. They could close the doors at any given time."

"CEO was not a manager, not a leader, no experience in managing people, budgets, payroll, programs nor processes."

"Pay the employees, don't lie to everyone and pay the bills on time."

"No, as they're considering closing/bankruptcy. There's no management skills whatsoever."

What don't you like about working at Signature Agency?

"The CEO who I reported to admitted to the staff that she didn't know what she was doing, nor had any skills in mgmt."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"She needs to be a consultant vs. managing people. There's really no call for agencies anymore."
