"I was hired to manage the web services department but staffing was short so all of my time was spent supporting the product and the clients so I wasn't able to dedicate enough time to managing the others in the department. There weren't really that many of us anyway. I enjoyed the work and the opportunity to build the product from scratch but at the same I found it frustrating to be shorthanded and always behind schedule."

"Hard to enroll in university class, parking is expensive, long commute time."
