"My previous job was a dull and becoming a dead end. I loved working for computers, but the compensation wasn't great, and working IT for non IT companies isn't that well respected. I made the career change to web developing, and I absolutely love it. The culture is more inclusive and nurturing and open to new ideas, the ability to learn and move up in the industry as a whole is rather impressive, and I just flat out love coding, I get a kick from writing a program and watching it execute. I find it to be my calling, and thus, I might be a bit biased, but I love it."
"I love every role of a web developer."
"It is a laid back job. Though frustrating at times it is very satisfying in the end."
"The job is demanding when things go awry, but if things are running smoothly, the maintenance required is minimal, and the hours are fair. Compensation is good, and if you stay in communication with co-workers, people are pretty understanding of limitations and time constraints."
"I am working individually on developing two websites and each week I have deadline for both the websites. It is very challenging to focus on both the websites. I have learnt a lot working individually and I am confident that I can adapt to any working environment. I would love to have at least one other person to work with me so that we can discuss more ideas, and to help each other when faced with issues."
"I love to design and develop beautiful website pages. Mostly sometimes what I hated being a web developer is that I want to learn more instead of being restricted on website development, I would love to learn work in custom applications and frameworks."
"I love having the ability to build websites and see them online. Each problem is unique and it's fun coming up with interesting solutions. I love the people that I am usually surrounded with in web development and the wealth of opportunities that are out there."
"I love creating appealing software, visually and functionally."
"I was able to be creative and help people."
"Being a developer, I love my profession. There is no reason for hating my profession. But only the thing I dislike about the employers is they always look for 5-7 years of experienced employees. But why not fresh brains? Freshers always show their interest in learning new skills, which helps companies to update themselves."
"I love being a Web Developer Consultant because it is exciting to learn new techniques to help make web design more exciting."
"I enjoy what I do, but it's not what I have set out for in my career. I am getting ready to graduate college and want to move on to bigger and better things. If I was graduating with a degree in CMIS then I would love to work here, but being a computer scientist, I would like more challenges and more programs to create."
"I am involved in UI development for web pages and love to design the web pages but I want to be in mobile development."
