"I love watching/helping people learn. When the light-bulbs appear over their heads or they smile it's priceless. When their work becomes easier and better because of something I taught them, that's better than the paycheck. I hate it when software companies move or remove features so that I get caught off-guard in the middle of teaching my students."

What do you like about working at Anthem Institute?

"Teaching the students, they're eager to learn and it's amazing how fast they obtain information, I help them as far as getting started with a concept for their design, but once they have a concept and they know where they're going with it, they're pretty much on their own."

"Everything here is disorganized"
