"It's a great starting point for anybody who wants to be a developer, you get to how everything works from the inside."

"They really need to do their research and find out what sort of compensation packages are expected for highly-qualified technical workers if they hope to hire/retain such."

"The people I worked with were awesome and they made me very happy. the work was occasionally challenging but more from a support side."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"It was a great job, be willing to learn and honest with what you know and your experience. They are willing to teach you all sorts of things, you just have to ask."
What don't you like about working at LexisNexis?
"I didn't like being and contractor. Unfortunately there was no way that I would have been hired on full time for the department I was working for."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Be willing to work with Contractors. They do not get PTO or benefits, be willing to let them work on holidays"

"Be confident, look them in the eye, and know your information."

"Unsure about management skills, and the use of negative enforcement."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"More Team Building skills, Better supervisor skills, more positive enforcement."
What do you like about working at Cobalt?
"The company is stable and isn't going anywhere anytime soon. The work environment is very nice - great building and prime downtown Seattle location across from the stadiums. The dress is casual which is always a good thing."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Be yourself - don't come in sounding scripted / canned. Have a strong portfolio and be prepared to talk about your past experiences and how you will be able to call upon that in your new position."
What don't you like about working at Cobalt?
"While the company is pretty large, unless you are interested in management, there isn't a lot of opportunity for upward mobility. The vacation and sick time is not that great and there isn't a lot of flexibility. The pay is ok, but nothing great that will keep really good employees around long-term."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"There are lots of other companies in the area (much smaller than ADP/Cobalt) that pay well higher than what employees are paid here for similar work. If you want to remain on top, you would think you'd want to attract the highest-caliber of employees, not just the minimally-qualified people who are simply looking for a steady / ok-paying job."
