"Showing a willingness to wear multiple hats is a plus and knowing how to manage expectations and keeping the lines of communication open is key. In other words be the first to tell manage what you have done and what you want to do."
What don't you like about working at ScrollMotion?
"Non technical project managers had too much influence on the projects and could not provide accurate feedback to the developers and the CEO."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Having a team with clearly defined roles always fosters a cohesive environment. Scaleable libraries of code help avoid various broken functionalities and speeds of workflow."
