"Web.com was a wonderful company. I started in 2005 and had a lot of new opportunities given to me to integrate companies, products via acquisitions over the last 10 years.. The Management team that I worked with was very encouraging and supportive. I assisted in helping Web.com sell off their National Accounts Division to Constellation Software, Inc. in May, 2020. I negotiated multi-year contracts, representing a commitment of $10M in annualized revenues, and the new management team did not understand the importance of recognizing the team for a job well done. Their lack of transparency and poor communications was why I decided to leave at the end of 2020. The new management team lacked knowledge of what it takes to manage digital marketing services and campaigns. Many virtual remote people across the globe requires you to communicate daily to your teams to keep them motivated and celebrate the wins and successes of your people. The new management team that came in didn't understand the culture that we had built at Web.com. My rating as a 3 is due primarily to the new leadership team that has not taken the time to really understand the importance of customer and employee satisfaction and recognition. Transparency is key a virtual remote team environment."

"I've worked for Web.com for a little over 3 years now and during my time here, I have seen the company transition massively through acquisitions and mergers. While change is necessary for a growing business, the unknown can also be a little weary. However, I do believe that the company is headed in the right direction and employees (both current and future) will see the benefits from the many changes that have taken over the past few years."

"I've worked for web.com since 2012. The company mentions competitive pay and all these great benefits but often they fail to deliver on their promise. Offering someone 50% of the industry pay rate is anything but competitive and the fact that there is a no raise policy all but ensures the top tier talent will leave the company to go elsewhere. It's great if you're an entry level employee but after a few years working here starts to feel more like a factory than a marketing firm. Avoid."

"I have worked for web.com for over 2 years now and the product is getting better but the rules and comp plan keep getting changed and I am not making as much but still selling as much. I am looking for a strong company that has a nice comp plan already in place!"
