"Make sure you are fully qualified for a position before taking it. They are a Gold Certified Partner and you will not be able to 'bluff your way through' and interview."

"I felt that communication with the local senior manager could have been improved. There were a few miscommunications that affected moral in the local AIS workforce. Professionalism is important to have as it adds structure and certainty to a persons' job."

"Improve corporate supervision of the divisional management in this area of the country. Invite feedback from employees regarding communication."

"I was a student developer, responsible for designing, developing, and deploying Java applications. Schedule was very flexible, and the work was fun."

"The schedule was very flexible. I was able to set my own schedule around my course schedules. The work was interesting and challenging. The environment is very conducive to productivity."

"I was only a student developer, so I didn't receive any benefits. Though, several of my fellow student co-workers went on to become full-time employees and received benefits."

"Don't shut out technologies just because they're not sponsored/developed by Microsoft."
