"If you're looking for a good, comfortable place with nice folks to help build your professional career experience, go all in, but otherwise, stay clear."

"There is a lack of focus here, and you typically end up picking up someone else's slack. They're also regularly requesting you 'donate' your off-hours to help catch up. Payment is as much as they can afford, being a small business, but not nearly enough for what they ask you to do."

"Management is poorly trained. Growing company needs to change but there are no leaders to help make the change. Those who are leaders are not promoted."

"Leadership training for management. Listening Skills. Need to strengthen IT by separating technical staff from business staff. Need more planning."

"Very rigid culture. We had to clock in an clock out even though we were exempt. Poor monetary incentive. Poor leadership."

"More open minded. Lack of upper management skills. They do not follow any type of project management standard practices."

"Most depts are flexible, IT is not, and somewhere near 50% of the IT services staff are not full time, but are contractors."

"Commute time, management's lack of vision and knowledge of current staff."

"Before letting people go or hiring contractors, why not look at your current staff? What ever happened to flexibility?"
