"Long term goals changing daily, owners that belittle others and poor work life balance. Empty promises that never materialize, if the owners even happen to remember them. Many good speeches about how you will be rewarded, but the reality is that this place exists to reward the owners only, any bonus potential barely makes up for the treatment and only puts you at par (at best) with how you should be compensated."

"If you are one of the very few to get an interview with this company then don't be yourself. They encourage individualism, but only if it suits them and their best interest. If you do get hired, then watch your back, there's no real job security here. Good luck!"
What don't you like about working at Weaver Popcorn?
"Too high of expectations for their employees. If you are perfect and don't make any mistakes no matter how small then you will do fine. But if you make a mistake, kiss your job goodbye because they don't second chances no matter how long you have worked there. I was there over 6 years."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"They need not be so particular when finding employees. people learn, people grow, and sometimes they make mistakes. Thats life. If you dont give people a chance to learn from their mistakes then they will never grow to their potential. How many good hardworking, honest people do you have to get rid of to learn that. You had one nearly perfect employee. Your loss!"
