"I worked for six months and enjoy the work culture environment."
"I have worked as a product manager and software developer at Wayfair. Each time I worked there, I was always impressed by a strong culture that promotes growth and collaboration to ensure the company succeeds and people enjoy working there. While promotion did seem slightly unattainable within this company, it is an enjoyable workspace to grow professionally."
"Wayfair is a good place to work for a short period of time. Good experience and you are encouraged to use data to make process improvements regardless of your level. Wayfair is notorious for not promoting and not paying well but supplementing with stock."
"I was with Wayfair for 2 years. It is the most clicky place I have ever worked with. I can adapt to change, but 7 out of 7 managers are not on the same page or even close to it. Performance is not based on your performance alone, it is based on UPS, Fed Ex, etc. So if a package is lost or late, you do not get a bonus. Nothing is in real-time there. And they tell you you are empowered to take care of customers, yet if 1 person feels their decision was better, you get written up. I would have loved it if they were actually all on the same page."
"It is a good experience. I love wayfair"
"At the core of Best Company is a drive to embrace innovation regardless of what shape it assumes. Best Company's executive team saw potential in me limited marketing experience) as a future leader an innovator at the company. I'll forever be grateful for that opportunity."
"Featured a collaborative culture across different business objectives, roles, and responsibilities. It was obvious everyone was doing their best to manage their workload and push the company to be as creative and efficient as possible. Leadership didn't seem to have a clear focus on company goals and lacked the ability to prioritize projects according to business and customer value. While promoting the company as a technology leader, internal tools and processes used were inefficient and there was a surprisingly high inability to adapt to change from executive leadership. Open office environments can be a detriment to productivity for some job functions."
"I have worked with very talented people at Wayfair in the last 2 years. There is a strong desire to collaborate among teams but often teams are not able to collaborate because the company tried to grow too fast and expanded in many areas all at the same time with no sense of clarity on priorities. Individuals in leadership roles are fostering bad culture and have a tendency of being tone deaf and unwilling to change."
"I've worked for wayfair LLC since February 2019 and have really enjoyed the work and culture. They provide a great e-commerce marketplace and the emphasis in the office on engineering is fantastic. I feel taken care of and like my voice matters."
"I worked at Wayfair for about a year. The environment and the energy was very positive, I felt very comfortable around my coworkers and managers. I was given the ability to change processes and documentation on the different tasks I was in charged of. I think Wayfair mixes corporate culture and college cultured mixes it well. The ability for employees to be able to work together and collaborate throughout the company was something I've never seen before in my history of employment."
"I worked for Wayfair for 10 months and it had a great atmosphere with very energetic youth looking to make a name in the business world! As a coordinator I managed multiple interviews while also balanced multiple projects. For an entry level role you are given a lot of responsibility and are expected to learn on your feet"
"Love to work with open culture environment where innovative ideas are most welcome"
"Great place to be. Great vision"

"The company is okay but hard to grow."
