"I have worked with very talented people at Wayfair in the last 2 years. There is a strong desire to collaborate among teams but often teams are not able to collaborate because the company tried to grow too fast and expanded in many areas all at the same time with no sense of clarity on priorities. Individuals in leadership roles are fostering bad culture and have a tendency of being tone deaf and unwilling to change."
"I've worked for wayfair LLC since February 2019 and have really enjoyed the work and culture. They provide a great e-commerce marketplace and the emphasis in the office on engineering is fantastic. I feel taken care of and like my voice matters."
"I worked at Wayfair for about a year. The environment and the energy was very positive, I felt very comfortable around my coworkers and managers. I was given the ability to change processes and documentation on the different tasks I was in charged of. I think Wayfair mixes corporate culture and college cultured mixes it well. The ability for employees to be able to work together and collaborate throughout the company was something I've never seen before in my history of employment."
"I worked for Wayfair for 10 months and it had a great atmosphere with very energetic youth looking to make a name in the business world! As a coordinator I managed multiple interviews while also balanced multiple projects. For an entry level role you are given a lot of responsibility and are expected to learn on your feet"
"Love to work with open culture environment where innovative ideas are most welcome"
"Great place to work. Helping co-workers."
"The company is okay but hard to grow."
"In my 8 months, I had a good experience learning the ins and out so of corporate right recruiting. Unfortunately, the company is going through a transition and had layoffs."
"Wayfair is a great place to get your feet wet when it comes to product management. It allows you to learn some of the core fundamentals through experience and training."
"Wayfair is great company to work for with a fantastic culture. They have a lot of talented individuals and I enjoyed my time there. However, Wayfair's inability to keep expenses down eventually led to the company making drastic decisions including the recent company layoffs which impacted my employment."
"I worked in Wayfair as an associate product manager, it is a nice work-life balance company, but really lack energy sometimes."
"Very innovative environment but work culture could use some work"
"Dont see why this is necessary"
"Wayfair Inc. is an American e-commerce company that sells furniture and home-goods. Formerly known as CSN Stores, the company was founded in 2002. Their digital platform offers 14 million items from more than 11,000 global suppliers."
"I was on a co-op of 6 months with Wayfair. Prior to this, I haven't worked in a company this big and such focused on data. I got to learn many things about Wayfair's operations and about Supply Chain in general. Being from Mechanical background I did not have any experience of using SQL, but this co-op exposed me to SQL and helped me learn SQL which I think was pretty interesting."
