There is a strong desire to collaborate among teams but often teams are not able to collaborate because the company tried to grow too fast and expanded in many areas all at the same time with no sense of clarity on priorities. Individuals in leadership roles are fostering bad culture and have a tendency of being tone deaf and unwilling to change."
