"Small company, so everybody knew each other. Very low stress job, and enough projects to keep you busy."

What don't you like about working at Alameda County Water District?

"It is very difficult to get in. I was a contracted intern, and applied to several permanent jobs within the company, but was not hired on for a full time job."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Make it easier for interns to become permanent employees."
