"If going for a management position, understand that regardless of what you are told, an 11 hour day is the norm."

"Focus on doing more with less, to the point that expectations/demands from corporate are unrealistic in the least and fantasy at the most."

"No alignment of sales teams. Multiple sales teams would call upon the same customer to cause confusion."
