"I did not get to do much programming, I really only helped with some Joomla website things."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I am not much for the management tack so I am not the best person to ask."
"I currently work as a Program Associate for the GW Innovation Center. It is my job to basically run the makerspace that we have on the George Washington University campus. This involves hosting educational workshops and events for students, as well as acting as a consultant for students or faculty that come to me with ideas for a new product. It's been great so far, but unfortunately I can't do much remotely. The overall experience has refined my management skills and made me a better mentor."

"The company has great benefits, including tuition reimbursement. However, there is limited flexibility in working in your area of interest. The work is essentially dictated by management (who may or may not have technical details about the implementation)."

"Limited growth opportunities and the options to work with cutting edge technologies."

"Need to develop a better understanding of IAM projects, the resource requirements, and the impact of these solutions to the entire organization."
