"I currently work as a Program Associate for the GW Innovation Center. It is my job to basically run the makerspace that we have on the George Washington University campus. This involves hosting educational workshops and events for students, as well as acting as a consultant for students or faculty that come to me with ideas for a new product. It's been great so far, but unfortunately I can't do much remotely. The overall experience has refined my management skills and made me a better mentor."

"It's a decent place to work, but there is a lot of politics here and you have to make sure you play the game properly. I do not see too many opportunities to grow here unless you know the right people. The benefit to working here though is you do get exposure to a lot of different corporate leaders and political leaders, so it could be a great place to network. You also get tuition reimbursement, so if you want to go back to school that's another added plus."
