"Extremely stressful job."
What do you like about working at Toll Brothers?
"When left alone to do the job you were hired for, things were good."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Unless you are desperate, apply elsewhere! Job security with Toll is very unstable in these times. Many of my highly qualified co-workers were laid off and several of the great ones resigned, all due to the very high stress management places on you. What does that tell you"
What don't you like about working at Toll Brothers?
"Continuously micromanaged and reprimanded for trying to do the job I was hired for, I had been extremely successful in another Toll Brothers' location using the same methods. However, upper management clearly did not want what they had indicated they wanted. That is why they have horrible customer satisfaction ratings and at my previous location, we had incredibly high customer satisfaction ratings, with many repeat home buyers (multiple properties)."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Let the talented people you hire actually do the job you hire them for, and do not override their decisions each time because you don't agree with them. Why is it so many homeowners don't like upper management, but in other locations they love them"

What do you like about working at KIA Motors?
"For a time there was no set hours. I also liked traveling to the other dealers sites in their organization"
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Remember these are Car Sales people so they will say what they have to get you to work for them. Won't follow through with promises or commitments with compensation."
What don't you like about working at KIA Motors?
"No respect for what you did. Others took credit for your accomplishments."

What do you like about working at Chrysler?
"I loved doing what I do best, which is warranty administration and the service dept... getting all the legitimate claims paid."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Don't count on this dealer for stability."
What don't you like about working at Chrysler?
"The thing I did not like most was the non professional way the dealership was run. They had people that had problems with anger and should not have been around other employees, everyone seemed job scared, very cut throat... and once they get what they want they tell you they do not need you any more. This dealer has the mentality that anyone can do the warranty, which is untrue. That is why I was hired, to fix the mess."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Sell the dealership to someone that knows how to run it."
