"Unless you are desperate, apply elsewhere! Job security with Toll is very unstable in these times. Many of my highly qualified co-workers were laid off and several of the great ones resigned, all due to the very high stress management places on you. What does that tell you"

What don't you like about working at Toll Brothers?

"Continuously micromanaged and reprimanded for trying to do the job I was hired for, I had been extremely successful in another Toll Brothers' location using the same methods. However, upper management clearly did not want what they had indicated they wanted. That is why they have horrible customer satisfaction ratings and at my previous location, we had incredibly high customer satisfaction ratings, with many repeat home buyers (multiple properties)."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Let the talented people you hire actually do the job you hire them for, and do not override their decisions each time because you don't agree with them. Why is it so many homeowners don't like upper management, but in other locations they love them"
