"I dont leaders lead and I feel that anyone that's applying should represent that and have some diversity as a leader and manager, managers can manage no matter where you put them."

"I love it all, every company has its ups and downs as well as people, so in short there is nothing to not like."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"As a manager I feel that you should always look for a way to make the company better, your people better and yourself better, that is what management is all about."

"Be ready for long hours, little pay and dangerous adventures all in the name of your country."

"Some of the locations I was deployed to were less than desirable and then there was also the unknown."

"Better pay, treat your men with more respect and honor. Always remember the spouse."
