"That has Job Security. They do their best to keep your job even when times are bad. The salary is good for the job."

"It is a constant physical grind to achieve production standards causing wear and tear on your body. The scheduled hours of work are a hinderance on the rest of your personal life. Very unhappy there."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Try to find a way to decrease physical risks at work and attempt to find a more satisfying schedule for all."
