"I love being able to provide the customer with the product they requested and in perfect condition. I don't like the fact of doing an great job, but others just scrape by and still make the same wage. If you do an okay job and don't get any written warnings your just as good a employee would excels at his job. No raises past three years unless you get promoted to a higher job."
"Getting the job done quickly and efficiently is very fulfilling. Each order you fill as an employee is challenging. However, regardless of how good of a job you do on a regular basis, mistakes create penalties which can hurt your chances for advancement or end your employment. This is due to policies which the company refuses to review."

"patience. need lots of patience with management. Don't be in such hurry to finish tasks."

"Too much paper work coming from the top that aren't implemented in work place."

"follow up on your experiences with workers and not for what other people tell you."

"Be weary about interviewing with this company. If your a salesman perfect company to work for, all commission."

"Poorly run and managed company. The underlings of the company are under appreciated and not respected by the people that are higher up in the company."

"Take on and encourage all ideas presented to you from all employees."

"The hours changed and they had us working a late shift that made it hard to spend time with my daughter."
