"The people working there are a tight bunch. If you do a good job, it does not matter because it is who you know and the friends you make there that will give you job security."

What don't you like about working at Wantman Group?

"Too political. The men had a lot of comments about the weight of female employees. There was not enough emphasis on doing the work and getting it done."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Find competent individuals to work there. To treat good workers with respect and to not say mean things about weight, etc."
